We understand that buying online can be a process that can produce lots of questions, here are answers to some of the most common ones.
 
Is everything in stock?
As we have such a large range of products, including numerous sizes and colours, not everything is in stock at once. If an item is not in stock it is normally with us in 2-3 weeks, sometimes a little longer, sometimes quicker.
 
How long does delivery take?
We deliver to all over Australia for FREE as long as your order is over $50.
All orders under $50 will incur a flat fee of $12.50 for the whole of Australia.
In stock items are shipped the same day or next day.
 
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards & debit cards such as Mastercard Visa etc or PayPal. It is also possible to pay via bank deposit also. AfterPay has also come on board to offer even more flexibility when shopping with Equus Emporium
 
How do I know what size will fit me?
For items that have different size options we do have size charts that you can compare to your current size. If you have any questions regarding sizes for either horse or rider products please email contact@equusemporium.com.au.
 
What is your returns policy?
Equus Emporium does not refund unless the item is faulty. When ordering with Equus Emporium you agree to these terms and conditions.
 
Change of mind returns will result in a store credit, less the original cost of postage to the buyer.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. If your order was eligible for free shipping, a $12.50 postage & handling fee will be deducted from your store credit.

All returned products must meet the following conditions: no tags or labels to be removed, no damage to boxed goods, no labels or addresses to be written on boxes, no damage to the product itself and unworn.

If returned products do not meet the above conditions then a store credit may be refused or an amount deducted from the store credit.
