Shipping is free on ALL orders above $50. All orders under $50 will be subject to a flat rate shipping fee of $12.50 Australia wide.

Where available items will be sent express post through Australia Post.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Some items may not be in stock at the time of ordering, we will advise you when you will expect delivery of those products. As products are ordered from Europe, they may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
The buyer is repsonsible for all return postage.
Items returned dirty, or with horse hair on them will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer at their cost.

If you need to return an item, contact us and then simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
