Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct products and entering the correct delivery address, Equus Emporium will not be responsible or liable for incorrect addresses or products ordered.

 

Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders in Australia over $50, we can ship almost anywhere in the world for an extra fee. Please contact us for a quote prior to purchase. We aim to pack and ship all items within 1-3 business days however in times of peak demand this may extend to up to 5 business days. All orders unless otherwise advised are sent via Australia Post and Australia Post are responsible for the delivery of orders to the customers delivery address.

 

Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. There may be occasions when a product is out of stock, we will endeavour to obtain the original product for the customer. If the original product is unavailable then the customer may be offered a different product or the order may be cancelled & refunded. Due to the large variety of sizes for tall boots, the required size may not be available immediately, the customer will be advised and the size ordered. This may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. All custom Cavallo boots may take anywhere from 8-12 weeks to arrive depending on the design and/or customisation's.

 

Returns

There are no returns/refunds/store credits on sale items for a change of mind/style/size. All returns must create a return authorisation code (RAC) which is completed through the customer store account on the Equus Emporium website. Any orders returned without a valid RAC will not be accepted. Sale items will only be accepted for return/refund/replacement if they are found to be defective. The customer is fully responsible for the cost of returning any faulty/defective items.
